Hard luck to the senior & reserve men in their respective Intermediate championship defeats at the weekend. Both teams had good championship campaigns having reached the quarter final stages.

Well done to senior ladies in their victory over Letterkenny Gaels in the LGFA Junior Championship Shield semi-final on Sunday. The ladies now advance to the Shield final against Termon. Date, times and venue TBC.

Well done to the U9 team and management who took part in the Patsy Furey Memorial Tournament in Glenties on Saturday, with both teams reaching the Plate finals.

The 2022 Scór Sinsir Dhún na nGall finals took place in Burtonport on Friday night, 9th September. Go raibh maith agaibh to Red Hughs’ participants Maranna Sweeney (solo singing) and Quiz team Patrick and Michael Kelly, Patrick Melaugh and Tommy Catterson. While not eventual winners, they all performed very well and were happy with their first outing to Scór Sinsir. Comhghairdeas and good luck to the six winners who will now progress to the Ulster semi-finals in October.

The next club meeting will take place this Friday the 16th September at 8.30pm in the clubhouse.

The next 100 club quarterly draw will take place at end of September. We would advise all patrons to ensure all monies are paid up to be entered into the draw.
