Team news

Hard luck to our U13 boys who were very unlucky in the Cup Final on Sunday versus McCumhaills, losing by a single score 1-09 to 0-9. Well done to the boys and management for putting in a huge effort all year and was a great achievement getting to the final.

Well done to the U17 boys who put in a tremendous performance in the Division 3 Cup Final on bank holiday Monday in Lifford versus Burt. A disappointing result on the day but overall the boys had a great season and it was a fantastic achievement getting to the championship final and competing so well in the game.

Well done to the U21 team & management on their victory over Bundoran in Round 1 of the championship on Saturday afternoon.

Hard luck to the U13 girls who bowed out of the championship at the quarter final stage against a very strong Bundoran team on Saturday morning at Pairc Aodh Rua.

Well done to senior and U21 player Jack Gillespie who was named at midfield in the recent Donegal News Team of the Intermediate Championship.

Red Hugh O’Donnell 450th birthday parade

Well done and huge thank you to the underage players and coaches who attended the 450th birthday parade of Red Hugh O’Donnell in Lifford on Sunday. A great experience and very interesting to learn about the history of Red Hugh from whom our club is named after.
