Club News
Well done to the Red Hughs U11s who made it through to the quarter finals of the John Treanor Memorial Cup in Emyvale on Saturday but were unfortunately beaten by the home side Truagh Gaels. It was however a great experience for all the young players and coaches involved – Amanda, Roisin, Paul, Dessie and Kieran. A fantastic day out at a very well-run tournament from start to finish. Thank you to Monaghan players Ryan & Eimear McAnespie for supporting the team as well.
The senior and reserve men’s games versus Fanad Gaels were both cancelled at the weekend as Fand were unable to field. This means the Red Hughs senior men will now compete in a relegation playoff versus St.Mary’s Convoy. Date and times to be confirmed.
